Heating, supplying, cooling, filtering – the compact, innovative and highly efficient RESY ALU-61/Oil oil filtration system combines these four basic functions in a single unit.

Designed for the supply and filtration of high-viscosity drawing oils, such as those used in modern aluminium wire drawing plants, the system offers optimum cleaning performance for the finest aluminium particles and oil sludge.

The modular design of the filter and supply system enables customisation to suit the customer’s specific requirements and allows the system to be installed in stages. Combined with the tried-and-tested sedimentation tank system developed by RESY and the RESY ALU-61/Oil filter system, customers benefit from an effective, state-of-the-art system that offers significant advantages.

The cleaning agent/oil, which is purified and fed to the drawing machine at all times in the correct quantity and at the correct temperature, ensures higher drawing speeds, fewer wire breaks and reduced machine downtime.

This noticeable improvement in productivity, along with significantly reduced die wear, longer draw oil change intervals and lower disposal costs, enables significant cost savings and a rapid return on investment (ROI).
