Mixing liquids – RESY Mix in the metalworking industry
RESY-Mix mixing devices operate on the principle of jet pumps. They guarantee extremely homogeneous and stable mixtures of emulsions and solutions. This results in the following advantages:

In short, an investment that pays for itself in a short time. The devices are cast from high-quality GG 22. This allowed the flow channels to be optimally designed. The devices are therefore not internally tubed. This means that incorrect mixtures do not occur.
The finished mixture can be transported away up to a manometric back pressure of 0.4 bar. As can be seen from the photos, all devices are complete and ready for connection. The devices are delivered ready for operation. During installation, it must be ensured that the water supply line is sufficiently dimensioned. The flow pressure should be constant. If the water pressure fluctuates, we recommend installing a standard pressure regulator upstream. The devices are installed directly above the concentrate barrel. Once the suction hose has been connected to the barrel or container, the devices are ready for operation. Open the valve, set the mixing ratio, and check. The automatic devices switch off automatically when the concentrate barrel is empty.
RESY-Mix mixing devices are available for every capacity, whether manual, automatic, stationary, or mobile. The automatic devices are controlled via a level probe from the emulsion tank. When the concentrate barrel is empty, the devices are automatically switched off and the concentrate shortage is indicated visually. High-percentage base emulsions can also be produced, e.g., for the rapid filling of large systems. A dynamic water pressure of 1.7 bar is required to operate RESY-Mix devices. Handheld refractometers for determining concentration are also available as an option.
