The RESY KBF compact belt filter system is a pioneering development in belt filter technology. This unique filter has no relative movement between the conveyor belt, filter fleece, wheels and sludge carriers. This means that even large quantities of dirt and chips do not damage the filter fleece. With the same filter performance and a higher degree of purity, the space required for this filter has been reduced by up to 80% compared to a flat bed filter.

RESY RSF/ RESY DUO
RESY RSF rolling screen filter
The RESY RSF roller screen filter has a lower throughput capacity than the RESY TF drum filter. It is mainly used for chip disposal, pre-filtration and medium filtration on individual machines. The filtration effect is equivalent to that of the TF filter and can be adjusted to a limited extent by using different filter fabrics. Chrome-nickel steel fabric is used in the standard equipment. No filter aids are required. The filter operates fully automatically.

The RESY TF drum filter system is a filter system that has proven itself over many years. This system is used to clean emulsions and oils in machining processes. Depending on the filter fabric used, the filtration effect is approximately 50-80 microns upwards. The special filter fabrics have a service life of several years. No filter aids are required for this system.
